The result, the group that consumed 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar managed to lose weight by 1.2 kg and 0.7% body fat. Meanwhile, the group that consumed 2 teaspoons of apple vinegar managed to lose weight by 1.7 kg, and body fat by 0.9%. Interestingly, the placebo group gained weight by 0.4 kg which was also accompanied by increased waist circumference. The studies above are certainly evocative in terms of the benefits of apple vinegar for the diet. However, further research will certainly be needed to reinforce this premise.
